1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Aso Pilot platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and restrict access to your account
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information, or that are used in violation of these Terms.

3. Subscription & Payment

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page.

• Billing cycle – Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until cancelled.
• Cancellation – You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time in a billing period.
• Price changes – We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
• Failed payments – If a payment fails, we may suspend access to the Service until payment is received.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout based on your location.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe any intellectual property rights of third parties
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without prior written consent
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without prior written consent

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service for any user who violates these provisions.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Aso Pilot and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (e.g., app names, keywords). By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and display it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Our name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Aso Pilot. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) any keyword data, scores, or recommendations will be accurate or suitable for your specific use case; or (c) results obtained from the Service will meet your expectations. App store performance depends on many factors outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASO PILOT AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aso Pilot and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion option in your account settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid fees.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
